Sweet Pepper Wings
Kori Dogs (Not Available)
Was happy to see a Korean fried chicken place while driving to Best Buy. I ordered 6 wings and cheese balls for take out. Wings were crispy, and not dry inside. Sauce wasn't too runny so it was easy to eat without making a mess. I ordered Spicy level for my sauce(out of mild, spicy and Insanity), and it gave a good kick.
Cheese balls were SO good! It's like a mochi donut with micro crispy shell and cream cheese inside. Hard to describe it, but it's good. Makes a pretty filling dessert. Will be back when I'm craving some fried chicken.
This place is so good! The packaging is so cute and the portions are just right. When you order a combo pack you get 4 boneless chicken strips, fries, fried rice, and Cole slaw, plus a side of ranch. The sweet and spicy so tasty and the food was very fresh.
Delicious chicken and fries. Sweet & spicy and soy garlic are both great choices. Don’t underestimate the portions! Will be coming back.
Chicken was really tasty. French fries were a little salty for my taste, but still good. Tteok-bokki was really delicious, and a bigger portion than I expected! We will definitely be going back.
I have had there wings several times ,they are soooo good ,a lil bit pricey but worth it 👌
Hello!
My name is Anna C, and ever since I moved to La Jolla a year ago for college, Padadak has been and still is my favorite Korean fried chicken place. I especially loved the gold sparkling seasoning and the tteokbokki. My roommates and I would go to Padadak all the time, and while other Korean fried chicken places might also serve tteokbokki or a version of powdered cheese wings, we all agree that NOTHING comes close to Padadak's gold sparkling wings and tteokbokki.
It seems like your stores are closing down, and I don't even know if this email will go through, but I had to try. This might sound like an exaggeration, but I literally cannot live without the gold sparkling seasoning, and as a last ditch effort, I would like to request the recipes for both the gold sparkling seasoning and tteokbokki. I cannot imagine a life without these 2 things. Without them, my freshman year at UCSD would've been a lot more miserable.
Once again, if it's not too much trouble, please send me the recipe for the gold sparkling seasoning and the tteokbokki.
All the best,
Anna C
